Aspartame has had much bad publicity for a long time. I believe this potentially toxic chemical plays no part in any persons good health... only to the detriment of their health. After all it is a man-made chemical and how often have we heard from vested interests that their chemicals are safe? Cigarette manufacturers denied smoking harmed you for 30 years! Vested interests generally cannot be trusted when it comes to a toss up between public health and corporate profits! I for one can vouch for the toxic side effects after using aspartame. In fact it was the uncontrolled trembling in my left arm which caused me to seek medical advice and to investigate thoroughly what it was in my diet causing the MS type neurological symptoms that in turn led me to aspartame poisoning. All the symptoms started disappearing soon after I eliminated aspartame from my diet completely. To this day I remain free of the neurological symptoms the specialist said appeared to be early signs of MS.

If you do nothing - nothing changes. If you are going to do something, at least read this report on aspartame used as an effective ant poison. Perhaps this may be a good way to see for yourself if aspartame is as toxic as many people claim. Try it on some ants first before using the aspartame for your own use or giving it to your loved ones.
